Work

Projects

Things I’ve shipped across robotics, accessibility, systems, music, and the occasional very long hackathon weekend.

Guido

HackUSF Winner

An autonomous, voice-controlled wheelchair prototype built for HackUSF 2026.

  • Won Most Innovative Hack for making independent navigation more accessible.
  • Combined ROS 2, Jetson hardware, LiDAR, voice input, and serial motor control for navigation and obstacle avoidance.

Ctrl-Arm

ShellHacks Winner

An assistive interface that translates muscle activity, body motion, and speech into computer input.

  • Combined MyoWare EMG sensors and motion data with voice control so gestures do not carry the entire interaction.
  • Used fast, per-user calibrated inference to keep input responsive enough for real-time use.

Tapestry

Hackathon Winner

An interactive life atlas that maps alternate choices through guided conversations.

  • Turned conversations about tradeoffs, identity, and possibility into a navigable graph.
  • Combined Next.js, FastAPI, Google ADK, SSE streaming, D3, and generated imagery.

Pheratech

Freelance

A company website for a robotics startup focused on decentralized autonomy.

  • Designed and built a polished customer-facing presence for Pheratech.
  • Translated swarm intelligence and edge-native decision-making into clear product language.

Kmodo

Hackathon Winner

A full-stack operations platform built for hackathon organizers, hackers, and sponsors.

  • Unified registration, uploads, sponsor surfaces, project management, and role-based event views.
  • Built the platform with Next.js, tRPC, Drizzle, PostgreSQL, and MinIO.

Riffs

Bitcamp Winner

A browser music tool that turns hummed melodies into editable guitar tabs.

  • Captured a melody from voice input and mapped detected pitches across guitar strings and frets.
  • Made the result immediately editable and playable inside a lightweight tablature workflow.

SightSync

Assistive Tech

A hands-free desktop accessibility tool controlled by head movement and voice.

  • Used MediaPipe-powered face tracking to translate head movement into cursor motion.
  • Added voice commands for clicking, scrolling, dictation, media control, and opening applications.

Spark-a-Hack

AI Tool

A tool that generates tailored hackathon ideas from past winners and team preferences.

  • Scraped and organized winning Devpost projects to surface useful patterns.
  • Tailored prompts to each team's interests, skills, and challenge areas.

Hack Tracker

Directory

A hackathon discovery tool that recommends events by location and preference.

  • Aggregated scraped event listings, locations, application windows, and other useful details.
  • Reduced the guesswork for students trying to find a good first or next hackathon.

Night of Knights

Capstone

A Unity capstone game taken from an early idea to a public, playable release.

  • Scoped and completed my first large software project during senior year of high school.
  • Learned to cut ideas, iterate under constraints, and prioritize a finished experience.
